We will not work with any business or organisation which is involved in modern slavery.

Our purpose is to champion better work and working lives. We wholeheartedly endorse the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Yoshki acknowledges that combating modern slavery requires a collective effort. The following responsibilities are assigned to ensure effective implementation of this policy:

Top Management: Senior management is responsible for the overall implementation of this policy, providing the necessary resources and support.

Employees: All employees are expected to familiarise themselves with this policy, adhere to its principles, and report any concerns regarding modern slavery.

4. Risk Assessment

Yoshki will regularly assess and identify the potential risk of modern slavery within its supply chains. This includes evaluating suppliers, clients, contractors, and other business partners to ensure compliance with this policy.

5. Due Diligence

Yoshki will conduct due diligence on its supply chains to assess and manage potential risks of modern slavery. This includes implementing mechanisms to monitor and address potential issues.

6. Training and Awareness

Yoshki will provide training to employees, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to raise awareness about modern slavery and human trafficking, ensuring everyone understands their role in preventing such practices.

7. Reporting Mechanisms

Yoshki encourages the reporting of any concerns related to modern slavery. We have established confidential reporting mechanisms to allow employees and stakeholders to voice concerns without fear of reprisal.
